Tede 2 is a preventive and curative fungicide. Its two active ingredients boscalid and pyraclostrobin are effective against powdery mildew and rot. The drug deprives the fungal cells of their energy source, preventing the fungal cell from breathing and generating new energy.
Mechanism of action: pyraclostrobin – systemic action
It suppresses the breathing process and blocks the flow of energy in the cells. It concentrates on the surface of the leaf, then is gradually distributed in the internal tissues.
Boscalid – contact action
In fungal cells, it suppresses the generation of mitochondrial ATP. Also, it inhibits the production of basic building elements of cells and suppresses the breathing process.
