  1. Purchase of products
    1. Customers can purchase Baraka products after registering on the website, choosing the desired product and paying its price, in accordance with the procedures provided by the rules and conditions posted on the website.
  2. Delivery of products to customers
    1. In case the customer has chosen to deliver the products on site, the products will be sent to the customer no later than 10 (ten) calendar days after placing the order and paying the amount.
      1. The user understands that in some cases it may take some time to reflect the amount. The countdown of the 10 (ten) day period for sending the products to the customer will start only after the cost of the products is reflected in our account.
    2. Considering that in some cases it may take some time for the payment to be reflected, if the customer has chosen to pick up the product from the Baraka store, but the payment made by the customer has not yet been reflected in our account when he arrives at the store, our representatives are authorized not to remove the product from the customer until , until the amount is reflected.
  3. Product exchange and return:
    1. In case of taking the products from the store:
      1. The user is obliged to check the characteristics and quantity of the product before taking it from the store.
      2. If the customer does not make a complaint about the product in the store, it will be considered that he has received the product selected by him in the quantity and at the price indicated in the order placed on the website, and he no longer has the right to apply to Baraka for the return and/or replacement of the product.
      3. In the event that the customer does not find the products selected by him in the store or if the store does not have the number of products ordered by the customer, Baraka is obliged to correct the defect and inform the customer about the removal of the products he ordered no later than 5 (five) working days after the customer’s instruction. .
      4. In case of non-rectification of the defect within the established period, the user has the right to demand the return of the amount paid to Baraka. The refund will be made within 10 (ten) calendar days from the customer’s request.
    2. In case of using the product delivery service:
      1. The user is obliged to check the quantity and characteristics of the received products within 2 (two) calendar days after receiving the products.
      2. In the event that the customer is supplied with products of different characteristics and/or quantity than the products placed by him, he has the right to contact Baraka about the defect of the products within 2 (two) calendar days after receiving the products, at the following e-mail address: info@baraka.ge .
      3. Within 5 (five) calendar days from the moment the user notices the error via e-mail, Baraka will inform the user about the measures to be taken by him, which may be (a) refund or (b) resend the products. The refund or resending of the products will be done no later than 10 (ten) calendar days after Baraka provides the information to the user.
      4. In the event that within 2 (two) calendar days after receiving the products, the customer does not contact Baraka about the defect in the products, it will be considered that he has received the products selected by him in the quantity and at the price specified in the order placed on the website, and he no longer has the right to apply to Baraka for the return of the products. and/or about changing.
    3. Baraka will exchange products or refund money only if the products returned by the user are in their original condition (not opened, not used, not damaged, etc.).
    4. The costs of returning products and delivery of new products shall be borne by the customer.
