      2. Online installments.
  3. Online installment terms
    1. The product(s) can be purchased in installments by taking a loan (hereinafter ” online installment “) at JSC microfinance organization “Crystal” (hereinafter ” Crystal i”).
    2. In order for the user to be able to purchase the product(s) online in installments, he must fill out an application at the following link: https://loan.crystal.ge/ and agree to the verification of his personal data by Crystal JSC “Creditinfo in Georgia”. After the verification of the user’s personal data by JSC “Creditinfo in Georgia”, Baraka’s representative will contact the user on the phone number provided by the user to Baraka in order to obtain additional information and forward it to Crystal.
    3. Crystal will review the customer’s application and, in case of approval for online installments, will contact the customer in order to review the financial terms, complete the application, sign the loan agreement and purchase the product(s) in installments, on the terms and conditions agreed upon by the customer and Crystal.
    4. The customer assumes that the cost of the product(s) purchased online in installments will be credited to Baraka’s bank account by Crystal.
  4. Delivery service
    1. In the event that the customer wishes to use the delivery service offered by us, after selecting the product(s) and placing them in the cart, he must additionally indicate the address where he wishes to receive the product(s) when going to the checkout page. The recipient of the product may be the account holder or the person whose information you provide in the delivery service application.
    2. The delivery service can be used throughout Georgia. The amount of the cost of the delivery service is calculated on a case-by-case basis, reflected on the checkout page, after the user indicates that he wants to use the delivery service. You will receive the product(s) at the specified address after placing the relevant request and payment[1-10] per day
    3. The cost of the delivery service will be added to the cost of the product(s) purchased by the customer on the checkout page.
  5. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
    1. Baraka declares and guarantees that all products posted on the website are in compliance with the requirements established by Georgian legislation.

In the event that the product(s) purchased by the customer is found to be damaged and/or defective, the customer is entitled to request that Baraka replace the product(s) with the same product(s) or, if replacement with the same product(s) is not possible, paid Refund. The customer is obliged to bring the damaged and/or defective product(s) to the Baraka store, where the product(s) will be checked and if damaged and/or defective, they will be replaced or the amount paid will be returned to the customer.

Authorized persons process personal data only in accordance with Baraka’s instructions.
