Refund Policy

This Refund Policy constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer or “You)” and BARAKA LLC, a limited liability company incorporated and registered under the laws of Georgia with the identification number: 205218236, address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Vake district, Petre Qavtaradze Lane III, N 4, Flat N 43 (hereinafter referred to as “Baraka or “Weor  “Us).

If you do not agree with any of the terms of this Refund Policy, please revoke your consent according to procedures determined herein, in which case, you should consider that you will be unable to register on the Website, create an account and purchase and receive the Product.

If you have already registered on our Website and created an account, this implies that you have already accepted the Refund Policy effective on the date of your registration on the Website.

  1. Purchasing of the Products
    1. Customer may purchase Baraka’s products after registering on the site, selecting the desired product and paying for it, in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated on the site.
  2. Delivery Service
    1. If the Customer has chosen delivery Service, the Products will be shipped to the Customer no later than ten (10) calendar days after placing the order and paying the amount.
      1.  The Customer understands that in some cases it may take some time for the amount to be reflected. The ten (10) days to ship the Product to the Customer begins to count down only after the value of the item is reflected in our account.
    1. Considering that in some cases it may take some time for the amount to be reflected, in case the Customer decided to pick up the item from the Baraka’s store, but the payment made by the Customer upon arrival at the store is not yet reflected in our account, our representatives have the right not to give the Products to Customer until the amount is reflected.
  3. Replacement of the Products and Refund
    1. In case of taking the Products from the store:
      1. The Customer must check the characteristics and quantity of the Products before picking it up from the Baraka’s store.
      1. If the Customer does not complain about the goods in the store, it will be considered that he received the goods of his choice in the quantity and price specified in the order placed on the website, and he has no right to apply for a Replacement of the Products or refund.
      1. If the Customer can not find the selected Products in the store, or if the store does not have the quantity of goods ordered by the customer, Baraka undertakes to eliminate the defect no later than 5 (five) working days after the customer’s request.
      1. If the defect is not eliminated within the specified period, the customer has the right to demand a refund of the amount paid to Baraka. The refund shall be made within ten (10) calendar days after the customer’s request.
    1. In case of using the delivery service:
      1. The Customer is obliged to check the quantity and characteristics of the received Products within 2 (two) calendar days after receiving the Products.
      1. If the Customer receives Products with different characteristics and/or quantity, he has the right to contact Baraka about product defects within two (2) calendar days after the receipt of goods, at the following e-mail address: [email protected].
      1. Within five (5) calendar days of the Customers elimination of the defect in the email, Baraka will notify the Buyer of the steps to be taken on its part, which may be (a) a refund or (b) the re-delivery of the Products. A refund or re-delivery will be made no later than ten (10) calendar days after Baraka provides information to the Customer.
      1. If within two (2) calendar days after receipt of the goods, the Customer does not inform Baraka about the defect of the Products, it will be considered that he received the goods of his choice in the quantity and price specified in the order placed on the website, and he has no right to apply for a Replacement of the Products or refund.
    1. Replacement of Products or a Refund from the Baraka will only be made if the Products returned by the customer are in their original condition (not opened, not used, their integrity is not compromised, etc.).
    1. The cost of returning the Products and Delivering the new Products shall be reimbursed by the customer.
  4. Representations and Warranties
    1. Baraka certifies and warrants that each Product listed on the website is fit for and in compliance with the quality standards set forth under the laws of Georgia.
  5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    1. Present Refunf Policy shall be governed and interpreted under the law of Georgia.
    1. Any dispute that  arises out of or in connection with this Refund Policy between the Customer and Baraka or is related to its violation, termination or annulment shall be settled by the common courts of Georgia.
  6. Amendments and Additions
    1. Baraka is entitled to make amendments to this Refund Policy at any time. The updated version of this Refund Policy will be published on the Website with the indication of its publication date which will also be deemed as its effective date. We may notify the Customer regarding the amendments to the Refund Policy. We recommend the Customer to periodically check and review the status of any revisions to the Refund Policy.
  7. Final Provisions
    1. In case of any discrepancy between the Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Refund Policy shall prevail.
